What started out as two men with big ideas and a tremendous work ethic developed into the classic American success story. We have been involved with the construction of both public and private projects for over 50 years, of which, many were school facilities constructed under the lease-lease back process. There are numerous advantages to the Lease/Leaseback method, but primarily, it puts all of the decisions into the District's hands and enables them to control the project. The District can select a financially sound, qualified, reputable Contractor. The Contractor can be brought on board early for pre-construction services.

Our vast knowledge of many building types and our extensive diversity in project experience enable us to be a key contributing member of any design-build team. We have strong relationships with architects, engineers, and designers throughout the country and can assist in putting together the right design/build team for any project.
UPON COMMENCEMENT OF CONSTRUCTION, we assume all the duties of a full-service general contractor. This provides the owner with a single point of responsibility for all construction phase activities. We normally self perform site and structural concrete, rough and finish framing, and some grading with our own personnel. The use of Lusardi forces in these key trades enables us to dictate the tempo of the job from conception to completion. Since our teams have worked together on millions of square feet of buildings, we deliver a faster, more efficient approach to project implementation and better quality control, since our craftsmen pride themselves in producing some of the finest finished products in the industry.
