Our licensed technicians work with electric, gas, and oil systems, providing 24/7 emergency support for urgent leaks or failures. With over 38 years of local experience, we ensure durable installations that meet Maine's climate challenges while minimizing disruption to homeowners.

Our HVAC services cover gas, oil, propane, and natural gas heating systems alongside whole-home AC and mini-split heat pumps. Technicians stay updated on the latest technologies like low-temp radiant systems and HRV/ERV indoor air quality solutions. We specialize in system upgrades that reduce energy bills by 40-70% through efficient boiler replacements, humidifier installations, and comprehensive maintenance programs tailored to Maine winters.

As Maine State Licensed 13D residential sprinkler installers, we provide life safety systems certified by Wirsbo and Spears Flame Guard. Our integrated PEX plumbing-sprinkler systems offer cost-effective fire protection with 25-year warranties, meeting NFPA standards while lowering insurance rates. Installations include recessed/concealed sprinklers that activate only in localized heat events, minimizing water damage compared to traditional systems.

We install and maintain Mitsubishi mini-split heat pumps as energy-efficient alternatives for heating and cooling. As Efficiency Maine Residential Registered Vendors, we help homeowners qualify for rebates while providing year-round comfort through systems that operate effectively down to -13F. Services include site assessments, proper sizing calculations, and integration with existing heating systems to maximize energy savings.

Our furnace replacement services address aging systems losing efficiency or requiring frequent repairs. We install high-efficiency models compatible with modern thermostats and ventilation standards, focusing on brands that deliver long-term reliability. Technicians assess home-specific factors like insulation levels and square footage to recommend optimal fuel types (gas, oil, or electric) for reduced energy bills and improved winter comfort.

I felt compelled to say how impressed I was with service provided by Mainely Plumbing. Prior to last night, I had only used their services for cleaning the boiler. However, when I smelled fumes in the basement on one of the coldest nights of the year (1/6/2019), the technician on call, Dallas, came to our home at 9PM. He was extremely professional, personable, and very efficient. He addressed our issue then went above and beyond to assure us that the boiler was in good shape for the months to come. We look forward to making the suggested changes to the heating system this summer. Thank you, thank you!

The whole crew was excellent in repairing my boiler. They were polite and curteous through the whole process. Couldn't thank them enough! I recommend these guys to anyone.
