Lane Engineers

Lane Engineers was founded is 1988, but its roots trace back to 1972 from our original founder J. Michael Lane. Since those early years, we have completed a wide variety of projects in the civil engineering, structural engineering and land surveying disciplines. We continue to work on a wide variety of projects for both private sector and public-sector Clients. We are 13-person firm, and we take a unique approach to projects. Many of our staff are cross-trained to work across various disciplines thereby providing flexibility to meet our client's unique project requirements.

You don't stay in business as long as we have without having sound business practices. We would rather focus on our Clients and their needs instead of focusing on our achievements. We may be engineers and surveyors, but our goal is to make your job easier and to help you succeed. We will listen to your project goals to understand your needs and expectations. In turn, we will communicate our design ideas to meet these goals as well as keeping you well-informed throughout the life of the project. Our licensed professionals are involved intimately with the project and will tactfully deal and coordinate with public agencies and other consultants to produce the highest quality and most cost-effective design possible.

Lane Engineers' Civil Engineering department provides clients with design services and consulting from the preliminary project planning stages through the completion of construction. Our civil staff has thorough knowledge of applicable laws, codes and local ordinances to help guide your project efficiently through the permitting process. Licensed and experienced professionals are involved intimately with the project and will tactfully deal and coordinate with public agencies and other consultants to produce the highest quality and most cost-effective design possible.
