Level 10 Construction is a California-based general contractor driven to deliver construction projects at the highest level. With decades of experience building high-profile projects in the Golden State, our founding team set out to create a new kind of construction company, one built on long-term relationships, transparent business practices and an adaptive company culture. The Level 10 approach to construction is naturally proactive, which lends itself to collaborative project delivery methods, including design-build. We start by bringing all members of the project team together at the earliest possible stage of design. With open communication and close collaboration, design-build can remove many of a project's uncertainties, while lowering costs and speeding up delivery time. Level 10's proven preconstruction capabilities, when coupled with our application of Lean construction concepts, allow us to complete successful design-build projects consistently over time.

We can have the greatest impact on project outcomes through an expert, well-thought-out preconstruction effort. Level 10's preconstruction process involves early and intensive collaboration with project partners, including the owner, architect, engineers, sustainability consultants, subcontractors and other project stakeholders. Through frank discussion, sharp analysis and detailed planning, we assemble a clear picture of the owner's vision and a detailed road map for the construction ahead. Design-build renovation (demo, design, construction) of a decommissioned manufacturing facility to provide space for corporate offices, R&D center and plant for solar panel manufacturing fac.

Level 10 uses design-build MEPF (mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection) on the vast majority of our projects, including all of our large, ground-up corporate office projects. As we prefer this more collaborative and efficient method of working with our subcontractors, we have also used design-build procurement on other project scopes, including those listed below. Renovation of existing laboratory building, addition of new cGMP peptide manufacturing facility, and new seismic joint connecting the two structures.
