Today we are Oliver & Company: a hands-on, full-service construction company. We have completed over 2,000 buildings across Northern California; all have been completed to the full satisfaction of our clients. We handle the work ourselves-we are not a construction broker. Our crew includes over seventy-five carpenters and experienced field staff supported by a twenty-five person in-house project management team. We all work together, solving problems daily to keep each project moving forward. Our ability to execute stems from the long-term relationships we have with our employees; the average tenure for an employee of Oliver & Company is over seventeen years, with some employees staying with us their entire careers.
Oliver & Company provides the most complete pre-construction feasibility process available. We offer pre-construction services for project types ranging from stand-alone single construction endeavors on through to the land acquisition and fully implemented development project. Financing, leasing, and property management all fall under the umbrella of our pre-construction services. Our history spans a body of work that includes public buildings, modest single-story buildings, mid-rise office buildings, and mid-rise residential structures.
We manage clients' construction needs at any, or every point in the building process. Often, our work begins before our client proceeds with purchasing land or a pre-existing building, and our involvement continues through the final building inspection, warranty period, and beyond. Our experience and expertise enable us to enter the building process at virtually any phase and uniquely bring in the construction on time and on budget. We manage the complexities that inevitably accompany building projects.
