Flory Construction Inc. headed the design-build team for this newest Sideboard Restaurant. In addition to building out the restaurant, we created a basement and performed structural work to this historical building.
In less than 3 months, Flory Construction Inc. relocated this busy restaurant to a new location. We provided pre-construction, architectural services, value engineering and food service design. Working closely with the architect and client, many of the finishes were chosen while construction was in process.
