SCP Solar and Green Construction isa licensed General "B" Contractor, a C-46 Solar Contractor, and the only D65 Weatherization and Energy Conservation Contractor in the Sacramento area. The company was first licensed in 2005 under the name of Steve C. Parsley Construction. The name was changed in 2009 to reflect our business practices and re-incorporate the solar and green construction focus of the company.
