Services
Log Home Construction
We specialize in constructing custom log homes from foundation to final finishes. Our team works closely with clients to create personalized designs that match individual styles while maintaining structural integrity. Services include site preparation, log selection, assembly, and interior/exterior detailing. Our process ensures energy efficiency and long-term durability while preserving traditional log home aesthetics.
Restoration Services
Our restoration experts address structural issues like water damage, insect infestation, and weathering in existing log homes. We employ specialized techniques to repair compromised logs without removal when possible. Services include structural reinforcement, finish restoration, and protective treatments that extend the lifespan of historic or aging log homes while maintaining their original character.
Chinking & Caulking
We apply specialized chinking and caulking materials to seal gaps between logs and around openings. Our experts use products specifically formulated for log homes to prevent air infiltration, moisture intrusion, and pest entry. Proper application ensures thermal efficiency while maintaining the natural expansion/contraction cycles of log structures.
Stain Removal
Our certified technicians remove damaged stains using eco-friendly chemical strippers, walnut shell blasting, or specialized cleaning solutions. We assess each home's specific needs to select the most effective removal method without damaging the wood. This process prepares logs for new protective finishes that restore natural beauty and provide UV protection.
Pre-Construction Consulting
We guide clients through property selection, budgeting, financing, and design phases before construction begins. Our consultants help identify suitable building sites, create realistic budgets, and connect with specialized log home lenders. We also assist with material selection, permit acquisition, and utility coordination to ensure smooth project execution.
