Since 2007 we have successfully completed over $125,000,000 in contracts either as a Prime or Subcontractor. Richard Garner, Andr Catellier, and Brooke Chappell are the three owners of R N R who perform the day-to-day tasks of estimating, field operations, engineering, and accounting. R N R's owners have over 60 years of combined experience in the heavy civil industry. With stable and experienced field personnel located in the Bay Area, Northern California, the Central Coast, and the Central Valley, R‘N‘R has the ability to pursue heavy civil construction work throughout the entire state of California.
