Anthony from All Star Plumbing is absolutely fantastic! Not only is he exceptionally skilled at his work, but he also demonstrates remarkable patience and kindness. Recently, we encountered an issue with our disposal's air button, and although the oil rubbed bronze button we ordered didn't match our sink set, Anthony handled the situation with grace. Despite having already opened the packages for the switch and air button, he calmly suggested we could seek out a different finish that suited our set better. He was completely understanding when we decided not to proceed with the installation due to the mismatched finish. We compensated him for his time spent reinstalling our original setup and cleaning up the debris. I'm currently in the process of finding the correct replacement, and Anthony has assured us he'll be more than happy to return to complete the job. Needed to get main water line pipe replaced due to roots infiltrating the pipe and causing major damage and needing full replacement, i had looked into a few places but based on positive yelp reviews i chose all-star.
The manager Jerry came onsite to inspect the issue and explained the possible scenarios to fix the issue with pricing and was very professional and hands on to see the issue.
Roger, Dickie and Victor were onsite on the day promised and got to work immediately to see how bad the damage was, taking photos, giving me updates the whole time with explanations of what was happening. These guys were very approachable, down to earth, despite working in serious heat those two days they never seemed to complain and never made me feel like they were unapproachable during the process.
These guys were very detailed and kept tabs on the little things I wanted to know about more importantly giving me answers to my questions and following thru with showing and testing/validating the plumbing was working correctly after job was closing up.
no home owner wants to be put into this situation but when it happens you want the peace of mind that you picked a good company but more importantly good solid workers, the team is what makes the company and these guys are the real deal and I will be using all-star in the future for any plumbing issues interior or exterior.
