The land surveying team at Hawkins and Associates has completed their boundary survey of the 801 10th Street Tower in Downtown Modesto. They delivered attorney exhibits showing the location of the block boundaries, the boundaries of the tower parcel, and the relationship of key physical site features to the tower parcel boundary. The new line will run roughly parallel to Highway 49 across the Mokelumne River Canyon.

There will be a grand opening for the new Imax Theater in Riverbank on March 24, 2016. The construction is almost complete on what will be the largest IMAX screen in the San Joaquin Valley. Hawkins and Associates Engineering provided the land entitlements, civil engineering design and construction staking for the new theater.
