Established in 1976 we have proudly risen to a top tier local General Contractor providing unmatched quality and high performing projects throughout Washington State. With projects ranging in scope from high end residential homes that require scrutiny over the most intimate details, to large public schools and community projects with demanding schedules and safety protocols. We have built many valued relationships from the ground up that have allowed us the honor of being specifically requested on projects for our reputation of integrity and our ability to manage projects, from scheduling and budget to building all with the highest quality standards.
The Health Science care training facility. The 56,000 SF building houses 11 health training programs using flexible classrooms, lecture halls, and computer labs. The building promotes the concepts of healing and well-being, offering abundant natural daylight, views of the landscaped courtyard, and green roof gardens. The building is energized by hundreds of photovoltaic panels on the roof which provides enough energy to give back to the local utility company. The Health Sciences building has achieved LEED Gold.
Following development of a multi-phase master plan, the college decided to pursue a single project that would replace, rather than renovate, the existing 30,000-sf shop building with a new 70,000-sf center. The building site slopes almost twenty-five feet from the northeast to the southwest. By stacking shops and creating an interior plaza, this grade change became an opportunity to provide on-grade access for all four shops and bring natural light to the majority of spaces. The heart of the campus is a gallery/gathering space with large roll-up doors at each end that can be opened fully to both the internal plaza and the visitor entry.
