As a Washington State University graduate in construction management and real estate and second generation Lessard in the family owned company, Matt joined Wilcox Construction in 1995 as a superintendent, getting a taste of working out on the field in various positions before becoming an owner. His first years of experience as a field engineer, superintendent, and project manager have given him the perspective and skills to form a deeper connection and trust with each employee and client as the leader at Wilcox.
