When Bill Ausland, PE, founded Ausland-Dodson Engineering and Surveying, the firm quickly built a reputation for integrity and ingenuity becoming the premiere engineering and construction firm throughout the region. Ausland Group, founded in 2002 by Aaron Ausland, CCM, and Kelsy Ausland, PE, builds off the legacy and reputation established over the generations and offers comprehensive capital improvement expertise for public and private clients throughout the West. Ausland Group designed and built this new bank branch for First Community Credit Union, performing all of the architecture, civil and structural engineering, and construction from the ground up. This 3,700-square-foot new bank branch was designed to be a signature facility with high quality finishes, state of the art technology, and drive-thru customer convenience. Ausland has partnered with United Community Action Network for two multi-family residential projects. The first included site development and construction services for the Camas Ridge Housing Complex, a new 10,600-square-foot, ten-unit, drug and alcohol recovery apartment complex in Roseburg, Oregon.
