RFC Rick Franklin

Rick Franklin Corporation has over 45 years' experience providing services throughout the Pacific Northwest. RFC, based in Lebanon, Oregon, is owned by Rick Franklin who began the company in 1974 with one D-8 Caterpillar. Our extensive trucking and equipment fleet is designed to respond to any customer's need. RFC has over 100 pieces of rolling stock and 150 pieces of heavy equipment. As a general contractor, we are called upon to have a wide variety of equipment readily available to perform various projects in Oregon, Washington, Idaho, California, Colorado, and Alaska.

Rick Franklin Corporation responds 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to emergencies on Class 1 and short line railroads in the Pacific Northwest. Santa Fe to assist both railroads in maintaining services to their customers. Our inventory includes sidebooms, dozers, excavators, loaders, forklifts, graders, backhoes, and various pieces of hyrail equipment to access difficult locations. This equipment is used to clear a derailment by either re-railing locomotives and cars or removing them from the site.
