James replaced the toilet in our main bath and could not have been more professional and courteous. He arrived within the scheduled time and call 30 minutes before to let me know he was on the way. I walked in the bathroom after he left and everything was put back to its exact spot. We have use Focus Plumbing a few times and have always been extremely satisfied. We had a water intrusion leak coming from our recessed kitchen ceiling light. Josh from Focus plumbing quickly identified the problem, which stemmed from our upstairs bathroom leaking water into the wall due to a broken O ring in the tub spout. He got the appropriate replacement parts, replaced the spout, and now the shower and bath work great AND without water falling from the kitchen ceiling. 5 stars!
