Stephens & Sons Construction formed over 40 years ago by Stuart and Maureen Stephens. Their son, Benjy, began working with the company in 1990 as an apprentice carpenter. Benjy graduated from Central Washington University in 1995 with his degree in Construction Management and has been serving as owner and President of Stephens & Sons since 2010. Benjy's wife, Cori, operates as Secretary of Stephens & Sons and works in the office along with Jennifer Chandler, who serves as Controller. Stephens & Sons specializes in commercial construction and remodeling.

Opposing towers bridged by a reclaimed timber trellis is going up at Rainier Square. We took approx (120) 14x4 Doug Fir’s out of a building in Wapato when we redeveloped the property into a Dollar Tree. The timbers were the support for a large mezzanine.

Looks like our Marriott TownePlace Suites is about ready for a slab pour so we can start framing next week! This is definitely the exciting part!
