Founded in 1986, Sierra Construction Company is a Seattle area general contractor and construction management company specializing in commercial, industrial, mixed use and tenant improvement construction. Our expertise spans a wide range of services - from preconstruction to complete turn-key construction projects. With our main office in Woodinville, Washington, and satellite offices in Tacoma, Washington and Portland, Oregon, we are able to respond to clients' needs up and down the I-5 corridor and throughout the Pacific Northwest.

Roger is the majority shareholder of Sierra Construction, and has been in the commercial construction business for over 35 years; 30 of them as Sierra's founder and owner. Roger's success as a leading local contractor is based on a commitment to teamwork, as well as mutual respect for local clients such as the Titus-Will Family of Automotive Dealerships, BF Goodrich Aerospace, Prologis Trust, West Coast Paper, Schnitzer West, Fred Meyer and more.
