Mr. Cruz began as a land clearing contractor and through an innovative, hands-on management style has made Cruz Construction, Inc. what it is today: a prominent Heavy Civil / Oil Field Service Company with an impeccable reputation for workmanship and service. Cruz specializes in remote projects with logistical challenges.
