Cody came and performed my initial inspection and testing on my new Trane furnace today that was installed in June along with my Trane air conditioning unit. Both units are running great as to be expected and Cody along with all other Goodberlet employees have been outstanding with their timely service and professionalism. I have nothing but great things to say about Goodberlet, The staff they have working for them are awesome and the way they treat their customers is amazing. We had our Boiler go out in December of 2016, it was the original boiler from 1954. Another local company down the street from me in West Kankakee installed that and serviced it for many years. When I called them to replace it, they didn't have to time to deal with me, even knowing I was going to purchase a new boiler from them they wanted to schedule a time for someone to call me back on Monday (3 days later with no heat) so I moved on.

I polled Facebook, like may of you have and Friends started tagging Brandon Casey & Goodberlet. I gave them a call from that moment I was treated like I was their only customer and a priority even though I know I was not. To make a long story short they installed a Navien NCB Combi-Boiler which was the best move we ever made. This super high efficient combo boiler / hot water heater has significantly drop our electric and gas bills monthly.

One of the other things that I love about this Combo Boiler is being able to be one of the last ones of a family of 5 in the shower while to Dishwasher is going and someone else in another shower and still have hot water for as long as I wish. It's been almost a year and to this day I still say this was one of the smartest moves we made. I will never not have a on demand style hot water heater again. Thank you to Brandon for giving me the Combi option.

Had our fall furnace check-up with Cody from Goodberlet. He was friendly and very knowledgeable about my new Trane furnace that was purchased in February. Cody didn't mind the questions I asked and he made some recommendations on how to keep my furnace running efficiently. I would recommend Cody.
