Our approach to architectural design is rigorous and historically based, but first and foremost it is focused on the aspirations of our clients. Architectural design services include feasibility studies, landscape and site design, schematic architectural design, construction documentation and estimating, and interior architectural design and detailing. Though we have found the integrated model of working with our in-house craftsmen and builders most efficient and successful, we also provide architectural design for projects built by others in a variety of locations in the U.S. and elsewhere.
Carpenter & MacNeille Interiors provides an essential service to our comprehensive design-build practice. The team also delivers custom interior packages for smaller projects, comprehensive home design and institutions.
C&M Interiors delivers holistic design and turn-key services that increase the comfort, allure and value of our client's homes. We work side-by-side with the extended C&M family of architects, carpenters and builders to produce seamless projects and award-winning spaces. Our design is tailored to our clients and distinctly influenced by the rich natural, cultural and historic resources surrounding our New England studio. From interior architecture to fabrics, furnishings and finishes, the capabilities of the team extend beyond the static notion of traditional decorating and our clients benefit from the dynamic marriage of ample resources and market savvy solutions.
Carpenter & MacNeille Woodworking produces beautiful custom cabinetry, furniture, and millwork in their spacious, light-filled shop adjoining our offices. Our clients have the exciting opportunity to see their custom cabinets and furniture being made and to talk with our experienced cabinetmakers about every detail.
Our Property Services Division is 100% focused on serving our clients individual needs after the completion of their project. Ongoing home maintenance, warranty care, on-call and concierge services are all provided to our clients on an as-needed basis. Going well beyond expectations is the norm with this versatile and personalized offering. From changing filters in the HVAC system every spring, installing window screens in the summer, tuning the boiler in the fall, or raking snow and ice-dams in winter, our dedicated team is prepared to provide seasonal and annual maintenance to keep your home looking beautiful and functioning optimally.
