In addition, any intervention, whether a new building, renovation, or adaptive reuse project, must support the institution's cultural identity, integrate living and learning, provide sought-after social and amenity spaces, and reinforce notions of connectivity and community.

Today's mixed-use projects hold tremendous potential in the realm of placemaking and design. In this era of "18/7" do-everything environments where people live, work, shop, eat, and play, we carefully explore each project through the lenses of urban design, architecture, and interior design.
