The first time I walked into The Cottage with my wife, we were quickly greeted by Christopher Randel and from that moment on he has taken great care of us and provided us with excellent customer service and expertise (he will even make you coffee from one of their fancy coffee makers and it is delicious). Our experience from the planning phase all the way through to after moving in has been better than we could have ever asked for. Every person at The Cottage goes above and beyond to meet their customers needs. We wouldn't have as beautiful of a house had it not been for Christopher and Mary taking the time they took with us to guide us through the different products they had. They helped us pick out everything from windows and doors to appliances and remote screens to some of the most beautiful tile we have in our house. I would recommend them to anyone who is looking for high quality products and customer service that goes the extra mile. They are an absolute delight to work with and worth every penny.

My kitchen remodel went great thanks to Kitchen and Bath Cottage. Katie was absolutely fabulous to work with. She worked very hard to design my dream kitchen and she did! Her attention to detail was impeccable. She was always available to answer any questions I had and she made this process go as smoothly as possible. The whole team at Kitchen and Bath including the installers were great to work with and I would highly recommend them to anyone considering a remodel or new build.

We used Phantom Screens and Kitchen and bath cottage for our exterior screens and all wolf products in our new construction home. Christopher was our sales rep and was exceedingly more helpful. The knowledge and urgency he gave to our project was helpful and outstanding. I highly recommend their business and Christopher for any project. We will continue to use them for future projects as their service was more than great! There’s no better feeling than a rep knowing what their talking about and exceeding over their duties.

When you are building a home, time is precious, and the staff at the Kitchen & Bath Cottage can quickly lead you to the best selections for your needs. Mary Patten was extremely patient and helpful as we combed through all the tedious specs when selecting our appliances. She pointed out features and gave us guidance that we so needed. What a beautiful showroom that goes beyond most in helping individuals learn about these new appliances with live cooking demonstrations. They were fun and reassured us of our choices.
