Services
Architecture
Our architectural services create custom residences that blend classical elegance with modern functionality. We specialize in traditional styles while adapting designs to contemporary lifestyles. Each project receives personalized attention from our principal architect, ensuring every detail meets our exacting standards. Our team's deep understanding of historical architecture informs innovative solutions that respect both heritage and modern building practices.
Interior Design
Our interior design services transform spaces into personalized environments that reflect clients' lifestyles. We focus on creating harmonious interiors through thoughtful material selection and spatial planning. Our in-house team collaborates closely with clients to develop functional yet aesthetically pleasing spaces that complement architectural elements. From custom furniture to lighting design, we ensure every detail contributes to a cohesive vision.
Landscape Design
We design landscapes that extend the home's architectural character into outdoor environments. Our approach creates functional 'outdoor rooms' that enhance property value and livability. We consider sun patterns, site topography, and plant selection to create year-round appealing exteriors. Our designs seamlessly integrate with architectural elements while respecting natural surroundings.
Construction
Our sister company Wadia Construction delivers projects with single-point accountability. This unique model ensures design intent translates perfectly into built results. We combine traditional craftsmanship with modern construction techniques to maintain quality control throughout the building process. Our team manages every aspect from permitting to final finishes.
Design Process
Our three-phase design process ensures comprehensive project development. The discovery phase establishes client needs and site parameters. Design phase translates requirements into architectural solutions. Execution phase manages construction with regular site supervision. This structured approach guarantees attention to detail at every stage of your project.
