When I first walked in, I thought it felt kind of "snooty" and I was doubtful I'd find something I could afford. I felt so overwhelmed by the enormous showroom space. The saleswoman helped ease that very quickly. When I stated my budget and that I was looking for a sofa with a chaise for an apartment, she walked us to an area that displayed what could work for me. It wasn't long at all before my son & I were walking back with her to finalize our purchase.
I also paid the extra money to have my new piece of furniture delivered and brought upstairs to my apartment. Everything went exactly like she said it would. I received the automated call the night before my scheduled delivery to give me the 2 hour window. Then, the next day, the polite delivery guys showed up a little early, hauled my sofa upstairs and put the chaise on for me. I honestly couldn't be happier with my first experience. Thank you.
