The Nest Egg is a locally owned home furnishings boutique located in Fairfax, Virginia. Since opening our doors in 2004, our philosophy has been that home decorating should be enjoyable. Just as a bird builds its nest, we've searched high and low to gather the perfect assortment of home furnishings and accessories to complement and enhance your surroundings. We hand select all of our products from quality manufacturers offering unique designs and original creations. The furniture that we feature includes transitional and traditionally designed pieces as well as antique reproductions. In addition to the pieces that we have on our sales floor, we welcome the opportunity to special order items to meet your exact needs.

Since 2004, The Nest Egg has been helping our customers create beautiful homes utilizing our in store expertise as well as our in home design consultations and full service interior design service. The Nest Egg offers Interior Decorating & Design Services for projects of all sizes. Full Service Interior Design: For larger scale projects that involve multiple room designs and/or renovations, flooring selections, window treatment design and collaborations with outside contractors, we also offer our full service interior design options.
