At the end of May, we put in a request with our home warranty for a clogged pipe in the laundry room. I never got a call from the plumber they originally assigned, even after leaving messages. Our home warranty finally changed plumbers yesterday and within 30 minutes of that someone called me (after hours) to schedule an appointment. It was Tritz Plumbing. The lady I spoke with was very personable and wanted to help me. She said that someone could be out the next day. Less than 24 hours later, the plumber is fixing our issue. I would highly recommend this business to anyone! An overall great experience!

We had Tritz assigned to 1 out of 2 plumbing repairs through our home warranty and when they called to make the appt the lady on the phone said they'd be more than happy to look at both issues. Today was the appt and the plumber that came to our house was prompt(10 min early actually!) and was able to get both issues fixed within about an hour. Highly recommend Tritz Plumbing!
