Fantastic business! I would highly recommend this place if you are looking for great lightly used washer or other appliances. The staffs very knowledgeable about the brands and products they sell. Also the 5 months parts and labor warranty is a great plus. Great value and honest people. Great local business to support!

What a joke this place is for repairs. So I paid 70 bucks up front to have them look at my washer cuz I was told I had to cuz they want to be sure that's all that's wrong with my washer I told them my boot was messed up and that's what I needed fixed. So the guy gets there and tells my daughter that the boot needs to be replaced. No kidding that's what I told you and that's why I gave them the info for the part.
Then they tell me the boot cost 120 bucks now online the most expensive one I found was 60 and there were a lot cheaper ones. So with the part costing 120 bucks they tell me the price to fix my washer is 348 bucks that is highway robbery. I will be sure to let everyone I know how bad they rip people off

Couldn't be more happy with the experience of working with Best Home Appliance. Our 18 month old Refrigerator stopped working while we were gone for the 4th of July. We called a couple places to come look at it, but most of them were days out for an appointment and wanted big fees for diagnosis. Best was one of the lowest for their diagnosis price and were able to work us into the schedule same day.
We later realized that we had purchased an extended warranty on the Fridge when we bought it. Best was great about working with the people we bought the fridge from and making sure they were approved for the repair. I can't stress more highly how impressed we were with Best. Love supporting our local companies!
