But we spend a lot of time with DIRECT-TO-HOME service in order to make selecting fine quality oriental rugs a more pleasant experience for our customers who appreciate the savings in time and cost our service offers. We are often out of the store to see and measure our customer's rooms and discuss their decor and design objectives; also to make deliveries of the multiple selections we bring as solutions to their goals; also to install padding for rugs that they have selected; and also to pick-up or return rugs that have been entrusted to us for proper cleaning and/or repair.
