I understand that the weather has not been the best the last 2 weeks but. to cancel on me after 2 weeks of waiting and 3 working days before the house sale is supposed to close is uncontainable. You said you were overbooked this week!? How do you overbook and throw aside a customer that has been waiting for a job to be done before this week? Did you forget that i was in the schedule last week?
Padded my bill the last 2 times I used them. The last time I was charged for 1-1/2 hours while the guy was not at my house. He went to the shop to get something which was 5 minutes from my house. Their work is okay, overcharging for time at $65 an hour is dishonest.
