For this 14,000 square foot renovation, Habitus created a 16-room boutique hotel with a modernist European design aesthetic that the client desired. The 11-foot ceilings throughout the hotel creates the illusion of a larger space, especially in the smaller guest rooms. There are 12 rooms on the second floor of the main building and four garden rooms, including an accessible suite located at the back of the property. Each room on the second floor has its own balcony. There is a multi-purpose room on the first floor adjacent to the reception area.
