Northwood Ravin was formed in 2011 by Northwood Investors and Ravin Partners LLC. Northwood Investors is a privately-held real estate investment advisor that was founded in 2006 by John Z. Kukral, the former President and CEO of Blackstone Real Estate Advisors. Ravin Partners was formed by David Ravin from the former Residential division of Crosland LLC, one of the most prominent, diversified real estate companies in the Southeast and recognized as a leading community builder. From these beginnings, Northwood Ravin has built itself into one of the leading multifamily development, construction and management firms, blending the agility of a small business with a long legacy of success from our history at Crosland.

We provide soup-to-nuts general contracting in-house and for select third parties. Our primary focus is building high-quality market rate projects, residential construction at a great value and always with an eye for design. We specialize in wood-frame, concrete and pre-cast construction as well as complex urban infill, mixed-use, and mid-rise projects. We know that owners want to minimize maintenance costs in the long-term so we build it right, today. Our general contracting services include Pre-Construction, Estimating, Project Management, Project Administration, Quality Assurance, Safety Program, Project Turnover and Training, Warranty Program, and Interior Design.
