I just want to let people know that they should never do business with this company. I first ordered my couch first of October 2017, custom fabric and was waiting on my couch. A friend of mine also bought a couch the same day. She happened to be in there two months later asking about her couch, and John one of the sales people/ designers told her to contact her friend, which was me, because the material I selected was not available for my couch. I never ever received a phone call or email from them. I went in there to pick out a new material, no compensation, no I'm sorry, nothing. So two months later again now four months I receive my couch. I also paid $99 extra for stain protection on my couch, I thought I saw something on my couch so I put a little water on the area and it created a stain. No one ever told me not to use water on my couch so I contacted Trinity and they told me to turn the cushion over! Over $2000 couch turn the cushion over and then they emailed me and said that they were going to use my card to pay the remaining amount on the sofa. They said I had to call the fabric company, Not helping with me with this matter at all. They have been very very rude to me and very, very, very, poor customer service. I'm still fighting
