Up to 25 hours of designer time to assist you (in your builder's design center or specified retail locations) in selecting cabinet styles and finishes, bath tile, kitchen backsplash, cabinet and interior door hardware and light fixtures, counters, interior and exterior paint colors and anything else your builder requires. If 25 hours is exceeded; the option to continue @ $125 per hour is available. I am grateful that every door I walk through offers new personalities, and a refreshed sense of possibility.
