As one of the most important phases of architectural design, we create multiple graphic concepts showing spatial relationships and compositions. These concepts ultimately communicate the overall intent of the project and solve project specific programming. This phase may include renderings, presentations, and graphic design for clients. Architectural construction documents, or blueprints, are required for contractors to bid from and receive government permitting. These documents graphically demonstrate how to construct the building.
