I was charged $800 dollars for a plumber to come out and fix my clogged toilet and they didn't even fix the clog. The plumber also did not quote me before performing the work. He was half way finished when he finally called me with the price. I was shocked to learn how much it was! Do not use this company. Hire a private handyman or get a quote on thumbtack instead. They also wanted to charge me $800-$900 to buy a toilet from them when you can get the same toilet for $200-$300 at Lowes. This company takes advantage of people who need emergency plumbers last minute. Yes they were quick to arrive at my condo but once I heard the price it was not worth it, and it was too late.
