We called last night for an emergency plumbing issue and were told we would be called back by a technician within half an hour. We were never contacted and when we reached out again (an hour later) we were dismissed. Horrible customer service. We reached out to a competitor of yours and they were on site within 30 minutes and our problems are already resolved. I will never again attempt to use your company nor will I recommend it to anyone.
