Jill Van Auken AIA established Van Auken Akins Architects LLC (VAA) in 1992 with a vision to design inspiring environments while providing exceptional communication and service to clients in both the public and private sectors. VAA is DBE/ACDBE certified by the Ohio Unified Certification Program, FBE and SBE certified in the City of Cleveland, and SBE and WBE certified in Cuyahoga County. What began as a single employee firm committed to providing outstanding service to clients, now operates with a staff of 23 team members, with design projects exceeding $8 billion in construction value.
