In the large barn we had a humble wood shop and art studio, where we would spend winters and weekends creating art, furniture, and whatever else came to mind. This has evolved into a full-scale design and production studio with a large warehouse shop located in Milwaukee's inner harbor. Although WILO still uses the farm for creative inspiration, exploration, and storage of reclaimed and salvaged materials, production has become full time at our urban location. WILO has been working on projects both small and large, from custom furniture pieces to comprehensive commercial interiors.
Earlier this year I had the pleasure of coming up with an eyeglass display for @nseyehealth Had a custom bend put in the 1” pipe to reduce the need for connections. All the wood is solid oxidized white oak. 1/8” steel sheet for the trim around the mirrors & cabinet components.
Cedar planter boxes with metal legs delivered and ready for soil. Extra deep for vegetables.
Looking back to last year when I completed this entrance bench/coat rack hanging wall piece. Consists of dark stained oak plywood, reclaimed Turner Hall flooring + white oak. Steel metal pegs for hanging items.
Event bar that @pueblano_desig n_co and I built. Was an awesome challenge considering the tight space and non perpendicular walls. Thank you @livedandy for entrusting us to come through and deliver on your vision! Great job @lavender_vegab ond on making the space beautiful! Really nice photos by @coppens.and.co
