They might be good at the heating business, but we have serious issues with the electrical contractor business. Our basement is still torn up. We had our house reworked, new circuit breaker box installed but after a month, it is not finished. No communication except one call which they stated they would be right on it-guess what? No further contact, no service. Not happy. After our initial contact for an estimate, it was more than a month before we heard from them.
We had Kelly Heating and Electric upgrade our electrical service along with some miscellaneous things a couple of weeks ago and we are very pleased with the job that they did! Jeremy came over (he was fantastic) and we had a proposal within 2 days and the work was scheduled and completed within 2 weeks.
