Thanks to Jerry for excellent and courteous service with quality and efficiency, while working around my schedule to get my plumbing punch list knocked out. His explanations were great, and he answered all questions honestly with professionalism. I especially appreciated his kindness toward my dog, who can be very protective and sensitive to new people in the house. He even brought doggie treats, which earns a "paws up!" He even covered his own "paws" with shoe protectors and without hesitation. The thorough estimates, quick return of phone calls and texts to schedule and confirm the appointment and electronic payment options are added conveniences for smooth service, if you're a busy working person like me. The prices are fair, up front, and very competitive. I like that I now have the information I need to make the right decision for a potentially bigger job down the road, without feeling pressured into spending more "dog biscuits" than necessary in the meantime. I have more peace of mind knowing I now have an emergency shut-off valve for my hot water heater, which is located in the attic and could potentially lead to a homeowner's disaster. It will take 3 seconds to turn it off when I leave town, so I don't have to be concerned about an attic flood if I happen to be away for a few days. Additionally, Jerry installed an alarm which will sound at the first sign of any leaks into the water pan. These were great suggestions and more conservative interventions to managing a hot water heater which may last only a few more years, if I am lucky. If not, then I have an estimate that's good for 90 days, should I decide to have it replaced, and the short- term interventions will still be effective with a new system.
