N-Y Associates, Inc. is a multi-disciplinary firm that provides engineering, architecture, planning, and program and project management services. The firm was founded 44 years ago by Frank Nicoladis, who continues to serve as its president. N-Y provides a broad range of civil and structural engineering; architectural; urban, land use and transportation planning as well as program and project management services to clients in both the public and private sectors. Architectural services in some states are provided by an affiliated company, N-Y Architects, Ltd.
