Information gathered during the initial interview defines the size, complexity, and scope of the project. At this meeting, special needs and concerns may be addressed by either party in a relaxed atmosphere. Based on input from the initial visit, the designer will present the client with a Letter of Agreement that outlines the services to be provided as well as a clear understanding of the method of compensation. The signed agreement authorizes the interior designer to begin the design process. The interior designer executes architectural scaled drawings and sketches to communicate to the client the basic design concept based on client input.
