My hot water heater went out a-couple of days ago. I called to have someone come out to fix it. They said that the tank was still under warranty. The tech came and replaced the tank then charged me $650.00. When I questioned the charge I was told it was for Labor to install the tank. $325.00 an hour for labor is outrageous
