About a month ago, I had a leaking toilet. When Splash Plumbing came out, the service man said it would cost $300-350 to repair it. He suggested I buy a new Toto toilet for $500. When I asked if there was a less expensive brand, he said only Toto parts are readily available. When I asked about a potentially less expensive option, he said its impossible to stock his truck with parts for every single brand. Apparently he's never heard of American Standard, Kohler or Home Depot.
