In 2003, my family and I came to Southern New Mexico to visit relatives. We absolutely fell in love with Las Cruces, El Paso and the surrounding communities. The weather is gorgeous, the people are friendly and the food is delicious. So, through a rapid chain of events, we found ourselves calling this beautiful part of the southwest "home". Shortly thereafter, with a pocket full of ambition and a cabinet in the back of my pick-up truck, Sher-Wood Cabinetry was born. I drove around to job sites and gave my pitch to anyone who would listen.
