We create personalized luxury living spaces that balance aesthetics with functionality. Our process begins with in-depth consultations to understand lifestyle needs, followed by spatial planning, material selection, and custom detailing. Each project incorporates 'well building' principles for healthier environments while maintaining timeless elegance through curated textures, lighting, and architectural elements.
Commercial Interior Design
Our commercial design solutions enhance brand identity and operational efficiency. We specialize in medical offices, retail spaces, and corporate environments with layouts that optimize workflow and client experience. Projects include space planning, ADA-compliant design, and selection of durable materials that maintain sophistication under high traffic while meeting industry-specific requirements.
Pre-Construction Planning
We provide comprehensive planning from concept to execution. Services include architectural drawings, budget forecasting, and material specifications to prevent costly changes during construction. Our team coordinates with architects and contractors to ensure structural elements align with interior goals while maintaining compliance with building codes and accessibility standards.
Custom Furniture Design
We create tailored furniture pieces that complement overall design themes. This includes cabinetry, built-ins, and unique statement pieces crafted from sustainable materials. Our process involves 3D renderings, material testing, and collaboration with artisan fabricators to ensure perfect integration with existing architectural elements and client preferences.
Lighting Design
Our lighting plans combine ambient, task, and accent lighting to enhance spatial dynamics. We specify energy-efficient fixtures while incorporating dimming systems and smart controls for residential projects. Commercial lighting designs prioritize functionality with layered illumination strategies that meet safety standards while creating inviting atmospheres for clients and staff.
