Santa Barbara Lighting company was created out of the belief that the right light can greatly improve and impact the look of any structure. That right light should be sized appropriately, compliment the architecture, and have a quality presence. By creating a full line, and offering various sizes, finishes and glass options, we've streamlined the customization process so you can get that right light, with the right specs in as soon as 6 weeks. After years working as a developer and seeing the need for stylish, quality lighting, Santa Barbara Lighting company President, Jimmy Rickard, co-founded Forged Lighting to fill that void, but soon realized that his vision was pulling him in a different direction, one where the customer experience was simplified, the product improved and the lead times shortened.

Our metalizing process is a protective zinc layer added to ensure protection and durability against corrosion and harsh weather conditions. We view exterior lighting as the jewels on a house and know how impactful quality lighting can be on the overall look. We take great care to ensure that our lights are manufactured using only the highest grade, heavy-gauge metal, with local artisans crafting each light by hand, pre-treated before finish is applied with our metalizing process. Through extensive research and development since 2009, we have honed our manufacturing process to ensure the longevity of your investment.
