Julia Williams Interiors

Founded in 2003, Julia Williams Interiors, LLC is a full-service interior design firm, providing color consultation, space planning, lighting design, furniture/fixture consultation, and professional AutoCAD drafting. My degree in Interior Architectural Design, and previous professional experience with commercial, residential, and architectural firms allow me to draw on a broad range of expertise for my clients. I approach every design project as a chance to create something unique. I don't start with any preconceived notions of what "should" be done with a space; instead, I get to know my clients and how they want to live and work.

After getting my bachelor's degree from UCLA, I earned a second associates degree in Interior Architectural Design from Santa Monica College. While in design school, I worked for a small commercial design firm specializing in systems furniture. In my last year of school, our firm was selected to be on HGTV's Designer's Challenge. Our design was ultimately chosen by the family, with the winning results still in reruns on HGTV. Upon graduating, my husband and I relocated to Portland, where I worked as a Lead Designer and AutoCAD Technician for an architectural firm.
