Boundary Surveys: Perform the research, field work and information analysis necessary to determine the boundaries of your parcel of land. We will prepare a plan showing the boundaries, property markers and any improvements/buildings existing on the property. If there are any missing property markers we will set new ones. Site Plans, Existing or Proposed: We will perform all the necessary field work and computer drafting in autocad to prepare a plan showing all of the existing and/or proposed improvements on a particular site; which can then be taken to the Town officials for permitting or to the Engineer/Architect for design.
